  1. Are Ranks Permanent? Absolutely! All ranks are permanent, ensuring you enjoy your privileges indefinitely.

  2. Gifting Ranks: Can I purchase a rank for a friend? Certainly! Just remember to input their username during the checkout process.

  3. Rank Perks and Changes:  While your rank remains permanent, the perks and benefits associated with each rank may undergo occasional changes to improve our services, maintain balance, or for operational reasons.  Our goal is to ensure that these updates enhance your experience without diminishing the value of your previous contributions. During transition periods, we may offer compensatory benefits to affected players. Please note that changes in perks do not qualify for a refund. 

  4. Missing Rank after Purchase: If you haven't received your rank after purchase, don't worry. Reach out to us by opening a support ticket on our Discord server.

  5. Refund Policy: Unfortunately, we generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions may be considered in cases of technical issues.

  6. User Conduct: Users must adhere to our community guidelines and use their ranks responsibly. Any abuse or exploitation may result in the revocation of the rank without a refund.

  7. Server Retirement: In the event of a server's retirement due to inactivity or other reasons, your rank remains secure. While we don't offer refunds for retired servers, you have the option to transfer your rank to another active server within our network at no additional cost. To initiate a rank transfer, contact us through our support system on Discord,  providing details of your current rank and the desired server.

  8. Terms and Conditions Changes: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting the revised version on our website.

  9.  Purchasing Rank Requirements: When you make a purchase related to ranks, you are not directly buying the rank itself. Instead, you are purchasing the requirements (such as playtime and experience points) necessary to meet the criteria for ranking up. This ensures that all players have the opportunity to achieve ranks through gameplay.
